First: the return policy


Return Terms

1-The return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.

2- If the product is defective, we will bear the shipping costs and return the full amount.

3- If the product is free of defects and is received, then the buyer wants to return it, then the shipping fees will be borne by the buyer, and (shipping fees, payment upon receipt, and bank fees) will be deducted from the value paid, and the rest of the amount will be transferred to your bank account.

4- In the event of returning an item whose value is less than the value of the shipping fees, the buyer is required to transfer the shipping fees to our bank account in order to return the item to us. Then the return of the item is approved after examining it and the value of the item is transferred to your bank account.

Returning products paid in installments

If there is a manufacturing defect or damage after receiving the product paid for through an installment service, it will be replaced with the same product and we will bear the shipping costs.

Purchases paid through the purchase installment service cannot be returned or exchanged


The product cannot be returned in the following cases:

1-If it exceeds 15 days from the date of receipt of the application.

2- If the product was used and damaged, or without packaging (i.e. the original product packaging upon receipt), or without price tags, or without accessories, or without the serial number on the product, or without its original sent carton.

3-The product that has the agent’s warranty cannot be returned and can be serviced by the agent.

4- Products included in the products that cannot be returned, for example, underwear, perfumes, as well as cosmetics of all kinds.


Second: Replacement policy.


The product can be returned and the amount refunded, then another product can be ordered and the return policy can be applied, and this is the available method.


Third: Refund the amount.

1-After receiving the product, the amount will be transferred to your bank account.

2-In the event that he chooses to transfer the amount to the account, the customer must provide us with the account number by calling 0567302710 or WhatsApp or through the email [email protected].

3-The process of transferring the amount to the customer’s account takes from 7 to 15 days.
